Plenty of great products and services exist - but because they all have a similar feel, they may be difficult to sell. In order to increase your chances of success, focus on telling stories, rather than just explaining what the product does.
It's hard to make an emotional connection with someone over facts alone, so you need to tell stories that highlight the benefits of your product. That way, when people buy something, it'll be because they want it and not because they were manipulated.
If you're able to sell, you'll create a new customer. If you tell a story, then it'll generate an emotional connection. Doing both is how you get repeat customers and develop lasting customer relationships
